Good Vibes for the Food Shelf

WUHS student Jessie Tensen, as part of the horticulture/agricultural program at WUHS,

grew a bevy of tomato plants for the food shelf to give out to guests. A big thanks to her and to John Hiers, head of that department, and everyone else involved for this wonderful gift. This is the second year of the program, which was a big hit with guests last year — nothing like seeing food grow!

A big round of thanks from all of us at the food shelf!
